By accessing our website at lm-intelligence.com or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
LM Intelligence provides AI-powered business intelligence tools and consulting services, including the Business Intelligence Framework and associated SaaS products (MeetIntel, Market Launcher, AutoCountor). Products currently in development are offered on an 'as-is, when available' basis.
Where account registration is required to access a service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at bi-services@lm-intelligence.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts - Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data - Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our services without prior written consent - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services - Use our services to send unsolicited communications (spam) - Impersonate any person or entity
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on our website and services are the exclusive property of LM Intelligence Ltd or its licensors and are protected by Finnish and EU intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell, sublicense, or create derivative works.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to GDPR compliance and handling your data responsibly.
Joining a product waitlist does not create a binding contract or guarantee access to any product. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or discontinue any product at any time. Waitlist positions do not confer any intellectual property rights or ownership claims.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.
Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, LM Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LM Intelligence Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance.
If you are a consumer, you also have the right to refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi).
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
